Senior Director, Commercial Supply Chain, Europe

About the role

Revolution Medicines is seeking a senior leader to establish and manage the regional commercial supply chain for product launches and ongoing supply across Europe. The role oversees finished‑goods packaging, release, and delivery to third‑party logistics providers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial packaging, serialization, artwork management, demand and supply planning, inventory management, and logistics for European launches.
• Develop and execute regional supply strategy, SOPs, and budget aligned with global processes.
• Manage secondary packaging and labeling activities, including design, component sourcing, vendor selection, serialization, and validation.
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, CMC, Marketing, Finance, and CMOs to ensure launch timelines and compliance.
• Oversee trade and logistics for shipments into Europe, manage 3PL relationships, and handle shipping validation for regulatory submissions.

Required profile

• 12+ years (preferably 18) in pharmaceutical supply chain, including biotech build‑out and commercial launch experience.
• Proven experience with secondary packaging, labeling, serialization, contract packaging, and 3PL operations.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, meet timelines, and thrive in ambiguous, complex environments.

Required skills

• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• End‑to‑end pharmaceutical supply chain and demand/supply planning.
• Serialization and artwork management.
• Contract packaging and 3PL distribution operations.
• ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite) and inventory management tools.
