Senior Director, Corporate Affairs & Policy Advocacy

About the role

The Senior Director, Corporate Affairs will shape and execute oncology‑focused corporate affairs strategies across Central and Northern Europe (CNE). Reporting to the VP, Corporate Affairs, Europe, the role blends media relations, public affairs, product communications and internal messaging to support Revolution Medicines’ mission.

Key responsibilities

• Act as CNE spokesperson, drive proactive media content around trial results, regulatory milestones and major oncology congresses (ASCO, ESMO).
• Own country‑level corporate reputation strategy, monitor sentiment, manage crises and build executive visibility with healthcare and policy stakeholders.
• Partner with Value, Market Access and Pricing teams to engage governments and institutions on broader company issues.
• Design internal communication programmes that translate corporate priorities into clear employee actions.
• Lead oncology communications for disease awareness, product launches and lifecycle, ensuring compliance with EFPIA and local regulations.
• Develop AI‑enabled tools and training to enhance audience insight, message drafting and real‑time measurement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of communications and public affairs experience in oncology.
• Deep knowledge of European healthcare policy, reimbursement and HTA processes.
• Proven track record influencing policy, engaging patient organisations and shaping access outcomes.
• Strong leadership, influence and ability to work in a matrix, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on fluency with generative AI tools for drafting, monitoring and sentiment analysis.
• Advanced digital communications skills across web, social and other digital channels.
• Proficiency with MS Office and common business applications.
