Associate Director, Marketing (Oncology) – Switzerland

About the role
The Associate Director, Marketing in Switzerland will lead the strategic direction and execution of product launches, brand and omnichannel initiatives for Revolution Medicines' oncology portfolio. This senior position coordinates across product management, field force, medical affairs and other customer‑facing functions to deliver data‑driven, customer‑centric commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall commercial leadership for product launches in Switzerland, translating European strategies into locally relevant launch plans and ensuring organizational readiness.
- Orchestrate cross‑functional launch readiness across Marketing, Field Force, Medical Affairs, Market Access and other functions.
- Define and deliver compliant promotional materials and sales campaigns, selecting the optimal promotional mix.
- Set strategic direction for the product and brand portfolio, aligning brand, product and customer‑engagement strategies with market insights.
- Lead end‑to‑end customer experience across the oncology portfolio, ensuring cross‑channel, data‑driven engagement in partnership with the Omnichannel Manager Europe.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director and senior oncology account managers to ensure consistent market execution and feedback loops.
- Serve as key interface to European Marketing and Omnichannel teams, aligning global strategies with local execution.
- Promote a data‑driven, technology‑enabled marketing organization, evaluating emerging digital, AI and analytics tools.
Required profile
- University degree in Natural Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Administration or a comparable field.
- 8+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in the oncology space.
- Proven track record leading product launches, omnichannel management and cross‑functional teams.
- Experience working within international or European marketing organizations.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills in complex environments.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, meet tight timelines and travel within Switzerland and Europe as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Digital marketing expertise and familiarity with data‑driven marketing models.
- Knowledge of AI, advanced analytics and emerging technologies relevant to healthcare and oncology marketing.
