Senior Director of International Fulfillment

About the role

The Senior Director, International Fulfillment will lead Baxter’s global fulfillment organization across CEEMEA, LATAM, ANZ and Greater Asia from Zurich. This executive position integrates end‑to‑end supply chain execution and partners with commercial, manufacturing, finance and digital teams to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the International Fulfillment strategy aligned with enterprise and regional commercial priorities.
• Provide executive leadership for distribution, warehousing, transportation, import/export, deployment and third‑party logistics.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end supply chain execution across commercial, planning, manufacturing, procurement, quality, regulatory and logistics functions.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives using AI, automation, advanced analytics and network optimization.
• Manage fulfillment financial performance, cost optimization, inventory efficiency and working‑capital improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain and fulfillment leadership experience with international responsibility.
• 8+ years of experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven track record of delivering customer service excellence, operational performance and financial results in a global environment.
