Senior Director, Quality Business Process Excellence

About the role

The Senior Director, Quality Business Process Excellence leads the enablement of Innovative Medicine Quality processes, driving end‑to‑end program delivery and continuous improvement across the Quality Systems function.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve key Quality business processes, ensuring documentation, training and consistency.
• Manage investment planning for Quality Systems in partnership with Strategy & Operations and finance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end performance and tiered performance management, including monthly scorecard reviews.
• Lead supply‑chain resiliency initiatives, risk assessments and Board of Directors reporting on risk.
• Develop talent within the team, ensuring high‑performing, best‑in‑class staffing.

Required profile

• Minimum 10‑12 years relevant business experience, with at least 8 years in Supply Chain, Quality or R&D.
• At least 5 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and strong influencing skills in a matrix environment.
