Senior Director, Quality Digital & Analytics

About the role

The Senior Director, Quality Digital & Analytics will define and execute a strategy that leverages digital transformation and advanced analytics to enhance quality management and compliance for Innovative Medicine. The role leads a global team to improve quality operations through innovative digital technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a holistic digital and quality analytics strategy aligned with enterprise quality objectives.
• Develop risk‑evaluation AI tools and reports for senior management, including the Executive Committee.
• Lead implementation and maintenance of quality analytics tools to assess and enhance the Quality Management System.
• Drive automation and digitalization of core quality processes, providing predictive insights.
• Manage the digital investment portfolio, prioritize initiatives, and build business cases.
• Define metrics and KPIs to monitor roadmap durability, backlog health, velocity, and digital maturity.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in data, analytics & intelligent automation within a regulated environment.
• At least 5 years of people‑management experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects with executive visibility.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization.
