Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs – EMEA/Canada MedTech Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Director to lead Regulatory Affairs for its Electrophysiology and Neurovascular businesses across EMEA and Canada. The role will be based in Ireland, Switzerland, or Israel and will drive regulatory strategy, product approvals, and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional Regulatory Affairs teams to support business growth and accelerate product approvals.
• Develop and execute regional regulatory strategies aligned with global Business Unit priorities.
• Represent the regional RA organization in global and regional leadership discussions.
• Monitor regulatory changes, assess impact, and direct appropriate actions.
• Build a diverse and capable regulatory workforce through recruitment, retention, and development.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in regulatory affairs within MedTech or related healthcare sectors.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior business leaders.
• Strong judgment and decision‑making skills to drive business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness across EMEA and Canada.
