Senior Events Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Events Content Manager to lead the storytelling and programming for high‑impact community and flagship events across Switzerland. In this role you will translate strategic ideas into compelling agendas, keynote narratives, and session content that engage diverse audiences and align with business and mission goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own end‑to‑end content strategy for brand, field, and community events, including themes, messaging frameworks, and program structures.
• Design event agendas, keynote narratives, breakout sessions, and supporting materials in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Develop speaker briefs, session proposals, and learning objectives that drive audience engagement.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with keynote speakers and external contributors, building a sustainable speaker pipeline.
• Write and edit content for presentations, panels, executive keynotes, and event collateral across multiple formats.
• Create speaker preparation kits, rehearsal guides, and readiness resources.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications to produce emails, landing pages, session descriptions, and social copy.
• Track event performance metrics (attendance, NPS, session ratings) and refine content strategy accordingly.
• Build scalable content systems, templates, and workflows for a growing global events portfolio.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in content strategy, event content management, corporate communications, or B2B marketing.
• Proven track record developing content for large‑scale conferences, executive presentations, or multi‑format events.
• Strong ability to simplify complex, mission‑driven topics into engaging storytelling formats.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams, external speakers, and leadership.
