Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

Delta Labs is building Elaiia, an AI‑driven simulation engine that creates intelligent synthetic agents to model consumer behaviour. As a Senior Full Stack Developer you will own the design and implementation of the end‑to‑end platform that powers these simulations, working closely with research and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement production features across the full stack, from database schema to user interface.
• Integrate large‑language‑model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) into reliable, scalable workflows.
• Build and operate durable, multi‑step simulation jobs that run for minutes to hours.
• Measure and improve LLM quality through tracing, evaluations, and regression testing.
• Own feature performance, quality, and correctness from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with researchers to transition experimental AI capabilities into production‑grade systems.
• Continuously evolve platform architecture to handle growing simulation workloads.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience shipping production web applications.
• Strong expertise in modern React/Next.js development and TypeScript.
• Comfortable reading and writing Python for backend services.
• Experience designing relational database schemas that scale.
• Interest or experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
