Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer – Product Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious senior full‑stack engineer to own large portions of our product engineering effort. You will work directly with the co‑founder and VP of Engineering, shaping product specs, design decisions, and delivering features that serve tens of thousands of daily users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features for our talent‑acquisition platform.
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to define specifications and roadmap.
• Maintain a high‑velocity, low‑meeting development culture while ensuring code quality and scalability.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and usage data.
• Contribute to the engineering culture by promoting ownership and creative problem‑solving.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building customer‑facing web applications.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
• Passion for solving real user problems and delivering long‑term product value.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, seed‑to‑growth startup environment.
