Senior GEO/SEO Manager (Remote)

About the role

This fully remote senior individual contributor position will shape how a fast‑growing global platform is discovered through traditional search and AI‑powered experiences. You will own the global GEO and SEO strategy, roadmap, measurement and experimentation agenda, working closely with Marketing, Web, Analytics, Communications and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global GEO and SEO strategy to boost organic demand, engagement, pipeline and revenue.
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks and playbooks that link traditional and generative search visibility to business outcomes.
• Partner with Content and Product Marketing to launch targeted campaigns across markets and buyer‑journey stages.
• Build programs that improve citations, recommendations and visibility in AI‑driven search and LLM experiences.
• Identify influential third‑party publications and platforms, securing placements that shape AI recommendations.
• Lead technical SEO and AI discoverability initiatives, including structured data, entity optimization, crawlability, indexation, internal linking and site architecture.
• Design and run experiments to uncover tactics that improve organic performance and AI visibility.
• Maintain and evolve the GEO/SEO technology stack by testing emerging tools and recommending high‑value implementations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in GEO/SEO, organic growth or search strategy with hands‑on technical optimisation.
• Strong understanding of how AI is transforming discovery and the ability to adapt strategies for both traditional and generative search.
• Proven experience measuring AI mentions, citations, share of voice, prompt performance and linking them to business outcomes.
