Senior Group FP&A Controller (18‑month contract)

About the role

Swarovski is seeking a Senior Group FP&A Controller to lead and continuously improve group‑wide financial planning, reporting, and governance on an 18‑month contract. You will influence strategic decisions, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive standardisation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of financial planning processes (mid‑term planning, budgeting, target setting) and reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly) to ensure accurate, consistent results.
• Develop and maintain financial planning models, design standardised processes, governance instruments and KPIs.
• Act as advisor and internal consultant to local and central teams on complex financial planning and reporting topics.
• Produce ad‑hoc analyses for top‑management decision‑making, extracting data from financial systems and delivering insightful reports.
• Lead special projects requiring cross‑functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics.
• 5‑7 years of experience in a similar finance role within a global, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to work effectively at all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modelling.
• Knowledge of SAP BW, Tableau, Anaplan and Tagetik (or similar tools).
