Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Working at the heart of a fast‑paced, service‑driven hospitality organisation, the Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic and hands‑on HR support to corporate functions and offices worldwide. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective people solutions while ensuring consistent application of Group HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for assigned corporate functions, delivering strategic advice and operational support aligned with business objectives.
• Equip leaders with tools, frameworks, and guidance to manage teams in line with Group values and people policies.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, ensuring capabilities and capacity meet current and future needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define recruitment needs and support hiring plans against KPIs.
• Drive performance management, including goal setting, evaluation cycles, and manager capability building.
• Support talent management processes such as talent reviews, high‑potential identification, succession planning, and development actions.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant decisions.
• Contribute to change‑management initiatives, assessing people impact and facilitating clear communication.
• Participate in annual compensation reviews, talent reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with HR Operations, Payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• At least 5‑7 years in a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Proven HR experience within hospitality, cruise, travel or other customer‑centric industries.
