Senior Java Engineer – Server‑Side Blockchain Development

About the role

Jelurida is seeking senior server‑side Java engineers to contribute to the development of its public blockchain platforms (Nxt and Ardor) and private blockchain solutions for enterprise clients. The position is primarily remote, with the option to work from the Lugano office for local candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of public and private blockchain platforms.
• Write clean, self‑documenting Java code with a focus on performance, concurrency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on consulting projects that may require occasional travel.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the core Java platform and object‑oriented design.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
