Senior Key Account Manager – Retail & Convenience

About the role

The Senior Key Account Manager will drive sustainable and profitable growth for Campari in Switzerland, focusing on retail and convenience channels. Reporting to the Off‑Trade Sales Director, you will build long‑term, value‑driven partnerships and translate brand priorities into actionable customer plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts, creating and executing growth plans aligned with commercial and brand strategies.
• Lead annual customer meetings, business reviews and negotiations, and design investment and promotional programmes that boost volume and ROI.
• Own budgets, KPIs and performance targets, monitor results versus plan and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Marketing, Finance, Sales Support and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of FMCG experience, preferably in beverages or spirits, with at least 2 years in Key Account Management.
• Fluency in German and English; French or Italian a plus.
