Senior Lead - Art Director, Sneakers

About the role

On is looking for a highly experienced visual storyteller to craft art direction and concept-led creative for its global sneaker and lifestyle campaigns. As Art Director - Sneakers, you will work closely with Creative Directors and Copywriters to deliver concepts and stories across channels, reporting to the Head of Creative - Sneakers in the Creative Studio.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with copywriters to concept and execute campaigns across all channels, from sneaker launches to brand-building lifestyle campaigns.
• Present creative ideas confidently, grounded in strategy, cultural insights and consumer behaviour.
• Deliver concepts, films, OOH, digital and 360 campaigns with high craft on ambitious timelines.
• Uphold and evolve On's visual identity and build its lifestyle and sneaker positioning.
• Lead creative in the Sneaker category, foster a sense of bravery and dedication within the team and manage multiple high-priority campaigns at once.

Required profile

• Dynamic, experienced art director with 6+ years as a creative on global advertising, sneaker or lifestyle campaigns, brand side or agency.
• Portfolio spanning film, digital/social, OOH, editorial fashion and disruptive brand activations.
• Deep understanding of global digital user journeys, hype culture and how to use touchpoints to drive action and community engagement.
• Experience challenging the status quo and navigating complex stakeholder environments; able to lead high-impact initiatives that shape the business and brand.
• Extensive experience in global sneaker culture, streetwear, fashion, art and design.
