Senior Product Designer - B2B SaaS Referral Platform

About the role

A partner company is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in Switzerland to shape intuitive, engaging and trustworthy experiences for a B2B SaaS platform focused on customer and partner referral programs. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will own design initiatives from early discovery and problem definition through prototyping, validation and launch, covering product interfaces, embedded experiences and design systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design, partnering with product managers and engineers to turn roadmap initiatives into effective solutions.
• Improve existing user experiences by identifying usability challenges and delivering redesigns and incremental enhancements.
• Create low- and high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes and visual explorations.
• Contribute to scalable design systems used across product interfaces, marketing materials and brand experiences.
• Design embedded product experiences that integrate naturally into third-party products.
• Influence product strategy with user-centered design thinking and strengthen design culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Experiment with emerging design tools and workflows.

Required profile

• At least five years of product design experience, ideally on SaaS products and complex digital experiences.
• Strong design craft in visual design, interaction design, product thinking and brand expression.
• Systems thinking and user-centered problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders, including in asynchronous and distributed teams.
• Proactive, independent approach and attention to detail; ability to work remotely from within Europe, within three hours of Central European Time.
• Familiarity with embedded products, developer-facing tools, data-intensive interfaces or AI-assisted products is an advantage.

Required skills

• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
