Senior Lead - Distributor Operations

About the role

The Senior Lead – Distributor Operations for EMEA will define and execute the operational strategy for premium footwear, apparel and accessories across regional distribution networks. Reporting to the Head of Regional Supply Chain, you will guide a team to improve order‑book management and scale processes for sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end long‑term strategy for omni‑channel customer service and regional supply‑chain operations across distributor networks.
• Define and optimise distributor compliance initiatives, including value‑added services, packaging standards and local labelling.
• Document and enforce standard operating procedures for sales operations, compliance and product supply.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics to streamline product flow, improve visibility and increase delivery efficiency.
• Use business‑intelligence tools to analyse shipment data, flag risks and implement data‑driven mitigation.
• Represent EMEA in global ERP enhancements, system testing and programme initiatives.
• Build a psychologically safe, collaborative team culture with clear mentorship and talent development pathways.
• Act as a change agent, designing and implementing best‑in‑class distributor operating models.

Required profile

• 8+ years of operations, logistics or supply‑chain experience in a premium omnichannel consumer‑goods brand.
• 2+ years of people‑leadership experience managing regional or distributor‑focused teams.
• Proven track record in high‑growth environments navigating complex distribution networks and regional compliance across EMEA.
• Professional fluency in English and ability to communicate complex operational issues to technical and senior audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset rooted in data analysis and root‑cause mapping.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel modelling and automated reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency with business‑intelligence reporting tools for shipment and supply‑chain analysis.
