Senior Lead, Entertainment Operations – River

About the role

The Senior Lead, Entertainment Operations – River will shape and operationalise the entertainment vision for Celebrity Cruises' river portfolio, based in Basel and working closely with the Miami headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and execution of entertainment programming across the river fleet.
• Develop and evolve programming in partnership with Product Development and key stakeholders.
• Evaluate guest feedback and operational results to enhance programming and engagement.
• Manage entertainment SOPs, program materials, audits and vessel support initiatives.
• Coordinate live music operations, including recruitment, scheduling and performance oversight.
• Support onboard media delivery, budgeting, performance metrics and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in entertainment operations, programming or talent management within cruise, hospitality or related industries.
• Strong commercial and creative acumen with ability to build or scale programs in evolving environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of German preferred; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
