Senior / Lead Recruiter – Remote, Europe

About the role

We are seeking a Senior / Lead Recruiter to own end‑to‑end recruitment for priority and mission‑critical positions across European markets. The role is fully remote and reports directly to senior leadership, offering high autonomy to shape hiring strategies and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate business needs into effective search strategies.
• Define role outcomes, competencies, candidate scorecards and structured interview processes.
• Assess candidates rigorously and provide evidence‑based recommendations.
• Leverage recruiting data and market intelligence to improve pipeline quality and conversion rates.
• Lead senior and confidential searches and advise stakeholders on talent availability and market conditions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment tools, methodologies and processes.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience, including sourcing, assessing and closing hard‑to‑find talent.
• Experience in fast‑moving, competitive environments, preferably across multiple European markets.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to advise and influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated use of structured, evidence‑based interviewing and assessment methods.
• Data‑driven approach to pipeline management and hiring performance.
• High ownership, sound judgment and ability to work independently amid ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
