Senior Legal & Integrity Counsel – Global (Full-time)

About the role

Accelleron is seeking a Senior Legal & Integrity Counsel to lead its global integrity and legal functions from Baden, Switzerland. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, you will shape compliance frameworks, provide legal advice on complex transactions, and support board committees.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve global Integrity and data‑privacy procedures, including the Group Code of Conduct.
• Design, deliver and administer awareness and training programmes, leveraging AI technology and data‑analytics tools.
• Manage parts of the global compliance programme, including internal controls, breach detection and retaliation‑free reporting channels.
• Conduct internal investigations, coordinate external resources and oversee remediation actions.
• Structure, draft, review and negotiate strategic collaboration, joint‑venture, M&A and other commercial agreements.
• Lead deal processes, manage outside counsel, perform due diligence and assess contractual risks.
• Provide legal counsel to global and regional management, protect the company’s legal interests and handle dispute resolution.
• Act as secretary to a Board committee, ensuring accurate documentation and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a senior legal professional with a strong background in compliance, integrity and data‑privacy matters.
• Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and M&A transactions.
• Experience managing internal investigations and compliance programmes on a global scale.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
