Senior Manager, Europe Medical Strategy and Execution

About the role

The Senior Manager, Europe Medical Strategy and Execution supports the implementation of strategic and operational priorities across the EU Medical organization, acting as a key operational partner to drive effectiveness, planning, governance and cross‑functional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management and execution of EU Medical strategic priorities, tracking actions, milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Provide operational support for regional data generation, medical research, registries and real‑world evidence programs.
• Support launch readiness planning for pipeline assets, coordinating with regional, affiliate and Global Medical teams.
• Coordinate implementation and oversight of Patient and Healthcare Support Programs across EU countries.
• Serve as central point of contact between EU Medical, affiliates, Global Medical and cross‑functional teams.
• Manage business planning, metrics, dashboards, KPIs, annual goal tracking and leadership reporting.
• Support regional budget planning, forecasting, AOP planning and financial reviews.
• Drive operational excellence, governance, SOP implementation and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Highly organized Medical Affairs professional with 7+ years of experience in pharma/biotech.
• Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into structured plans and execute in a matrixed environment.
• Effective communicator and stakeholder manager who can influence without formal authority.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Fluency in English.
