Senior Manager Scientific Content

About the role

PMI is looking for a Senior Manager Scientific Content in Neuchatel to shape, curate and synthesise high-quality content across priority R&D scientific domains. The role ensures that content is coherent, scientifically robust, evidence-based and aligned with PMI's science and business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Transform complex evidence and expert input into clear, decision-ready scientific content.
• Build robust, consistent and traceable evidence assets.
• Enable informed R&D decisions, publication strategy, claims substantiation and access to trusted scientific knowledge.
• Develop scientific content frameworks and identify new areas for the Scientific Library and publications, in line with scientific excellence standards and R&D governance.
• Maintain scientific summaries, evidence packages, study briefs and internal statements.
• Contribute to scientific knowledge repositories and their integration with digital, data and AI capabilities.
• Advance scientific content standards and methodologies through expert leadership and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• MSc or PhD in life sciences or a related field.
• Significant R&D experience in scientific content development, evidence synthesis or communication.
