Senior People & Culture Lead

About the role

Join CDDS as a Senior People & Culture Lead to shape the organisation during a period of rapid growth. You will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to design and scale people processes that enable high‑performance teams across engineering, robotics, autonomy and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on organisational design and hiring strategy.
• Build and scale recruiting processes for technical and commercial roles across the US and Europe.
• Identify and engage exceptional candidates, design interview systems and create onboarding experiences.
• Develop performance management, feedback and career development frameworks.
• Shape and protect company culture while designing compensation, retention and talent development strategies.
• Support managers with hiring, team building, performance and organisational challenges.
• Establish scalable people operations without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, people leadership, organisational development or executive search.
• Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent in high‑performance environments.
• Strong ability to assess talent, potential and cultural fit.
• Experience partnering closely with founders, executives or senior leadership teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• High ownership, hands‑on approach and independent decision‑making.
