About the role
Join TalentCloud Group as an Independent Partner and run your own 360° recruitment desk under a trusted Swiss brand. You will manage client relationships from first contact to final placement, focusing on the Tech, Finance, or Life Sciences sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Own and operate a full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
- Leverage TalentCloud’s infrastructure, including ATS, job boards, and invoicing.
Required profile
- 2–3+ years of experience in agency or 360° recruitment.
- Proven client development skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and knowledge of the Swiss market.
