Senior Performance Video Creative

About the role

As a Senior Performance Video Creative you will own the end‑to‑end production of paid video assets for Kraken’s consumer brands. You will conceptualise, produce and ship AI‑enhanced video ads that drive performance across multiple markets and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, produce and deliver paid video for product launches, campaigns and always‑on activity across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X.
• Generate AI‑assisted and AI‑generated video, maintain up‑to‑date tooling and create repeatable workflows for the team.
• Scale versions and localisations for different markets, languages and regulatory requirements while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Collaborate with product marketing, compliance, regional teams and performance marketing to iterate creative based on test results.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance video creative experience in a high‑volume in‑house team or agency, preferably in fintech, crypto or other regulated sectors.
• Strong portfolio that includes paid video, AI‑generated pieces and examples of data‑driven optimisation.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines, handle late changes and maintain high craft standards.

Required skills

• Advanced video editing and production skills.
• Proficiency with generative AI video and image tools.
• Platform‑native instincts for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS.
