Senior Quality Manager – Compliance & Standards

About the role

As a Senior Quality Manager you will lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Luxury Global QM department, ensuring robust standards, compliance and governance across headquarters and manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Govern QMS for Luxury HQ and external 3PM/Luxury manufacturing sites, maintaining a formal, continuous approach to quality management.
• Own SOP management, deviations, CAPA and change management processes.
• Monitor and review QMS against acceptance criteria, drive KPI execution and support certifications for processes, units, products and services.
• Develop and maintain standards, procedures and training frameworks to embed quality best practices across the organization.
• Partner with IT/Digitalization to design and deploy technology solutions, including ownership of the Supply Chain SharePoint.
• Lead special projects and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment of standards, governance and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• University degree in quality, engineering, life sciences or a related scientific discipline (advanced studies an asset).
• 4‑6 years of experience in FMCG production, preferably cosmetics with OTC‑regulated products.
• Proven experience leading quality initiatives in complex, cross‑functional environments.
• Strong understanding of quality management processes, compliance requirements and industry standards.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
