Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

An experienced recruitment and consulting professional is sought in Chur, Graubünden, to manage client relationships, support candidates through the recruitment process and contribute to a local consulting team. The role combines client advisory, recruitment coordination, business development and relationship management, with the chance to mentor junior consultants and work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support clients, including through in-person consultations
• Analyse client requirements and develop appropriate solutions
• Support recruitment activities and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Use digital tools, CRM systems and other platforms to manage clients and projects
• Contribute to the team's performance and business objectives

Required profile

• Commercial or business-related vocational training, or a relevant degree
• Several years of experience in consulting, recruitment or sales, ideally in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Fluent German; English is an advantage

• CRM systems and common social media platforms
