Senior RF/Analog IC Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior RF/Analog IC Designer to join our innovative team in Switzerland. The role focuses on designing, developing, and testing cutting‑edge Analog/RF/mmWave circuits and systems for AI datacentres, with a full‑time onsite presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft, test, and release new RF/Analog products, devices, circuits, and systems.
• Own assigned design activities and meet project milestones.
• Collaborate with transistor designers, application engineers, and device engineering teams.
• Collect, analyse, and summarise simulation and test data for status reporting.
• Partner with chip leads to support product transfer to production.

Required profile

• MSc or PhD in Electronics Engineering with ~4 years of hands‑on Analog/RF IC design experience.
• Experience in high‑speed AMS IC design, preferably TIA, laser drivers or receivers.
• Strong knowledge of BiCMOS and PAM4 technologies.

Required skills

• Analog/RF/mmWave circuit design, including TIA.
• Proficiency with Cadence and ADS simulation tools.
• Use of Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers.
• Electro‑magnetic, electro‑optic, and thermal simulation experience.
• Understanding of integration processes for high yield and cost efficiency.
