Senior Sales Assistant (German/English)

About the role

A company of around 100 employees based in the canton of Vaud is looking for an experienced Sales Assistant for a full-time permanent position. You will join the commercial development team and provide operational support to the sales department, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the commercial teams in managing their daily administrative workflows
• Ensure fluid communication and data transmission between departments
• Handle and track correspondence and documentation
• Take ownership of the administrative polyvalence needed for the smooth running of the department

Required profile

• CFC or equivalent qualification (required)
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role (required)
• C2 German speaker with fluent professional English; French is not required
• Swiss resident living within 30 minutes of the offices, or willing to relocate within that radius
