Senior SAP Technical Lead (S/4HANA)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Technical Lead with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and modern SAP development practices. You will drive the architecture and delivery of complex SAP solutions while guiding multidisciplinary developer teams through transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable SAP S/4HANA architectures.
• Manage and mentor development teams across ABAP, SAP Fiori, and backend/frontend components.
• Define and apply modern extension strategies such as Clean Core, In‑App, and Side‑by‑Side extensions.
• Design integration architectures using APIs, IDocs, and event‑driven approaches.
• Advise clients on technical and architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong experience in SAP development and technical architecture.
• Proven leadership of technical projects or development teams.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• ABAP / ABAP OO, CDS Views, RAP, HANA‑based development.
• SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 and OData Services.
• SAP S/4HANA landscapes and SAP BTP / Cloud Extensions.
• API, IDoc, and event‑driven integration design.
• DevOps and CI/CD processes in SAP environments.
• Modern extension concepts (Clean Core, In‑App, Side‑by‑Side).
