Senior SEO Manager – Hybrid – Zürich

About the role

As a Senior SEO Manager you will drive organic growth across SMG’s marketplaces (real estate, automotive, classifieds, finance) by shaping product features, landing page systems and platform capabilities. You act as the bridge between product, engineering, marketing and data to embed SEO into product development.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute SEO roadmap initiatives across multiple business units.
• Translate search demand into product features, scalable landing page systems and growth opportunities.
• Identify and implement scalable growth levers such as indexation, internal linking and content systems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to embed SEO requirements into new features.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments and measure impact using data‑driven metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience on large marketplaces or similar platforms.
• Proven experience working with product teams in an agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Hands‑on knowledge of technical SEO (crawling, indexing, rendering).
