Senior SEO Specialist – Lead (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy within a fast‑paced, international iGaming environment. Based in Switzerland but fully remote, you will own the end‑to‑end SEO process, from planning and execution to performance analysis and continuous optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business objectives across competitive European markets.
• Drive websites toward top Google positions while monitoring algorithm updates, ranking volatility, penalties and filters.
• Plan and execute content, link‑building, on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO initiatives to increase qualified organic traffic.
• Analyse SERPs, competitors, domains and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Define SEO KPIs, monitor performance, investigate deviations and produce regular performance reports.
• Manage SEO budgets, optimise investments and improve ROI.
• Coordinate cross‑functional SEO tasks with content, development, analytics and outreach teams.
• Diagnose performance issues, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional SEO experience in the gambling or iGaming industry.
• Proven track record of organic growth in European, especially Tier 1, markets.
• Recent success promoting websites in competitive or grey‑niche sectors (last 3‑6 months).
• Deep understanding of search‑engine algorithms, ranking factors and SERP dynamics.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness and ability to react quickly to search‑engine changes.
