Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Cloud & Kubernetes

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to shape and scale the infrastructure behind a modern AI‑driven platform used by frontline employees worldwide. You will join a collaborative Platform Squad, own critical reliability initiatives, and drive architectural decisions that improve system resilience and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable, high‑availability cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments for global growth.
• Define and implement reliability strategies such as zero‑downtime deployments, disaster recovery, rollbacks, and resilience improvements.
• Build and maintain observability systems, monitoring frameworks, and telemetry to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code and self‑service platform capabilities to reduce operational overhead.
• Lead incident response, conduct blameless post‑mortems, and drive long‑term systemic fixes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and scalable operational practices.
• Mentor teammates through design reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automation strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps or related roles.
• Proven track record operating and scaling high‑throughput, highly available production systems.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts (monitoring, SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, logging, distributed tracing).
• Excellent software engineering and automation skills.

Required skills

• Kubernetes in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Go or Python programming.
• Infrastructure as Code tools (Pulumi, Terraform).
• CI/CD and GitOps workflows.
• Observability stacks and telemetry tooling.
