Senior Social Media & Community Specialist

About the role

You will shape the social voice of Orderfox’s AI products, building a stronger digital presence for Gieni Explorer and GieniABX. Your work will turn content into awareness, trust and inbound interest across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram and other platforms while growing engaged communities around our brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end‑to‑end social media strategy for multiple AI products.
• Run a cross‑brand content calendar and create platform‑native content, from thought‑leadership posts to short‑form video.
• Plan, launch and optimise full‑funnel paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta, YouTube and X.
• Manage paid budgets with clear accountability for ROAS, CPL and conversions.
• Develop audience segmentation, retargeting and look‑alike strategies.
• Grow and nurture engaged communities, ensuring every post, ad and interaction supports a consistent brand narrative.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in social media, paid social, content marketing or community management, preferably in B2B SaaS or a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong copywriting skills and experience running end‑to‑end paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta (ideally also YouTube or X).
• Confidence with audience targeting, retargeting, look‑alike audiences and translating analytics into actionable next steps.
• Fluent English and working proficiency in German.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism or equivalent practical experience.
