Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Aderis is building an AI‑native Finance ERP platform and is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help scale and harden its production services. You will work across cloud infrastructure, backend APIs, and AI/ML deployment to ensure the system meets enterprise‑grade reliability and observability.

Key responsibilities

• Improve reliability, observability, and maintainability of AI‑powered services in production.
• Extend backend services to support critical finance, tax, and bookkeeping operations.
• Define and implement monitoring patterns for AI systems (latency, cost, quality, drift, failure modes).
• Work across the stack—from cloud infrastructure to application code—and ship frequently.
• Own systems end‑to‑end, from design through production operation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong production‑systems instincts.
• Depth in at least one area: enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS), or AI/ML deployment at scale.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript and a collaborative mindset.
