Senior Solutions & Services Executive – Sports Vertical

About the role

Join Lenovo’s Solutions Services Group to drive growth in the sports industry, helping clubs, leagues and venues adopt digital workplace, data centre and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand Lenovo’s services business across the sports sector, building relationships with clubs, leagues, federations and venue operators.
• Identify new business opportunities, win new logos and develop a robust pipeline of sports‑focused deals.
• Lead complex sales across Digital Workplace, Data Center, AI and broader services, delivering measurable business value.
• Drive AI‑focused conversations, translating fan‑engagement, smart‑venue and predictive‑analytics use cases into scalable solutions.
• Engage senior and C‑level stakeholders, articulating ROI and strategic impact of digital and AI transformation.
• Collaborate with Lenovo experts, partners and sales teams to design, shape and close high‑value opportunities while ensuring strong deal governance.
• Expand existing accounts, increase wallet share and grow revenue and Lenovo’s footprint in the sports vertical.

Required profile

• 5+ years selling professional and managed services to sports customers, preferably in DaaS, Digital Workplace or Data Center.
• Proven track record of territory planning, pipeline development and strategic sales execution.
• Strong commercial and consulting skills with ability to build compelling business cases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing technical, finance and executive audiences.
• Deep understanding of the sports ecosystem and an established network across DACH and/or EMEA.
• Professional fluency in German and English.

Required skills

• AI and Generative AI technologies, including enterprise use cases and AI infrastructure.
• Device‑as‑a‑Service (DaaS) and Digital Workplace solutions.
• Data Center technologies.
• Knowledge of AI ecosystems and partner landscapes such as Microsoft, AWS and Google.
