Senior Strategic Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and strategic growth within a fast‑moving marketplace. Based in Switzerland, you will own high‑impact initiatives from strategy development through execution and scaling, working closely with Product, Sales, Support and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, define priorities and lead execution across key operational areas.
• Use advanced SQL and data analysis to generate insights, evaluate performance and support strategic decisions.
• Develop growth strategies for product lines, optimise funnels and increase customer engagement.
• Define, track and communicate OKRs, KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross‑functional projects aimed at scaling operations, optimising workflows and enhancing organisational effectiveness.
• Design and launch go‑to‑market programmes for new initiatives, including vendor management and onboarding processes.
• Present recommendations, insights and project outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, technology operations, business analytics or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Operations‑focused attitude, passionate about simplifying processes and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Expert level Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience designing and implementing CRM processes, workflows and integrations.
