Senior System Engineer – Messaging Infrastructure

About the role

The Private Bank is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to manage and enhance its Microsoft and Citrix based infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security of critical IT services in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange 2019, Microsoft PKI, DFS and MS Teams.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts, disaster‑recovery plans and certificate authorities.
• Provide production support, resolve complex incidents and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Implement system monitoring (SCOM, NIMSOFT) and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for system enhancements and new technology integration.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Microsoft infrastructure (AD, DHCP, SCOM) and PKI/certificate management.
• Experience with Citrix technologies and production support in a banking environment.
• Ability to work on‑call rotation (one week per month, 24/7).
