About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring for software engineering functions across the globe. You will partner with founders, leadership, and engineering managers to attract and secure top‑tier engineering talent for backend, mobile, desktop, infrastructure, and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for applications engineering roles worldwide.
• Source, engage, and build pipelines of high‑quality software engineering candidates across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and founders on hiring strategy, talent calibration, and market insights.
• Assess candidate quality using career progression, technical depth, and execution signals.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate experience, and drive closing processes.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent in technology companies.
• Strong sourcing and talent‑mapping capabilities across global markets.
• Deep understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and organizational structures.
• Ability to identify high‑quality talent beyond pedigree and brand names.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
