Senior Technical Recruiter – EMEA

About the role

Blockstream is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring across the EMEA region. You will partner with the Head of HR EMEA and global HR leaders to attract top technical and business talent for a fast‑growing Bitcoin infrastructure company.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic talent partner, owning hiring outcomes for EMEA and influencing scaling strategy.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for highly technical and business‑critical roles across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role scope, hiring criteria, and long‑term talent plans.
• Deliver high‑quality candidate shortlists while balancing speed, rigor, and mission alignment.
• Ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Own recruiting metrics (time‑to‑hire, pipeline health, quality‑of‑hire) and use data to refine processes.
• Contribute to employer branding and identify process improvements for consistency and efficiency.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting in high‑growth, international tech environments.
• Experience hiring in regulated sectors such as software development, financial services, crypto or fintech.
• Proven success recruiting complex technical profiles (engineering, infrastructure, security) across multiple EMEA locations.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
• Demonstrated sourcing depth and a proactive, data‑driven approach.
