Service Operation Desk Engineer

About the role

Eviden, part of the Atos Group, provides cybersecurity, mission-critical systems and advanced digital solutions. It is looking for a Service Operation Desk Engineer to provide first and second level support for alarm, communication and critical infrastructure systems, in a highly secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for alarm, communication and critical infrastructure systems.
• Receive, analyse and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Perform ticket triage, tracking and escalation when required.
• Monitor systems proactively to ensure stability and availability.
• Execute operational maintenance and routine tasks.
• Prepare reports and operational statistics.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service enhancements.
• Collaborate with customers, users and suppliers to ensure high service quality.

Required profile

• Completed technical education in ICT, Networking or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in 1st/2nd level technical support.
• Fluent German (mandatory); professional working English; French and/or Italian at B2 level is an advantage.
• Eligible for Swiss Personal Security Clearance (Swiss citizenship or C-permit).
• Willingness to work extended hours and 24/7 on-call rotations.
