Service Technician – Parking & Access Solutions

About the role

As a Service Technician for French‑speaking Switzerland, you will bring innovative parking management and access‑control solutions to life. You will install, commission, maintain and support systems, ensuring smooth operation and high customer satisfaction while working with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain parking and access‑control systems across French‑speaking Switzerland.
• Troubleshoot and restore system operation using your technical expertise.
• Provide on‑site and office‑based training and support to customers.
• Prepare clear service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in on‑call service rotations.

Required profile

• CFC electronics technician qualification or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of networks and databases.
• Practical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑orientation skills.
• Autonomous, flexible and team‑oriented mindset.
• Resident in Switzerland (preferably Lake Geneva region) with a valid driver’s licence.
• Fluent French and professional‑level English.
