Shift Leader – Reception (Winter Season)

About the role

Join Kempinski’s historic front‑office team in St. Moritz for the 2026/2027 winter season as a Shift Leader – Reception. You will ensure smooth daily operations, support guests with a 5‑star experience, and lead a team of receptionists in a luxury Alpine setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily reception activities, including guest arrivals, departures, room sales and VIP/group allocations.
• Coordinate, review and train reception staff, providing on‑the‑job coaching.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and cash‑handling duties, including currency exchange and invoicing.
• Manage the shift hand‑over, complete administrative tasks and oversee cashiers.
• Maintain knowledge of customer loyalty programmes and ensure high service standards.

Required profile

• Successfully completed specialist training in hospitality or related field.
• Strong communication, judgement and leadership abilities.
• Structured, organised work style with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in German and English; additional Italian or Russian is a plus.

Required skills

• OPERA property‑management system proficiency.
