About the role

As a Lead Footwear Designer at On, you will spearhead the creation of innovative and high‑performance footwear designs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring cutting‑edge concepts to life while upholding the brand’s commitment to technology, design and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Proven experience in footwear design with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs.
• Excellent understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
