Shuttle Driver & Guest Services Host – Winter Season

About the role

Join Six Senses Crans Montana for the winter season as a Shuttle Driver and Guest Services Host. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring safe, timely transfers and delivering a high‑standard hospitality experience throughout the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up guests, hosts, or requested items following company standards and procedures.
• Escort guests during transfers and provide assistance throughout the resort.
• Load and unload vehicles, helping guests enter and exit safely.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure they are in good working order.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve transfer‑related issues.
• Keep guest areas, including the lobby, clean and report any defects.
• Stay knowledgeable about local streets, directions, and attractions.
• Uphold Six Senses service guidelines and exceed performance benchmarks, adhering to LQA standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar hotel operational role.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor vehicle repairs.
• Valid driving licence for the required vehicle type with a clean driving record.
• Confidence handling luxury vehicles.
• Fluent in French and English.
• EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization.
