SIOP Process Excellence & Governance Leader

About the role

Carrier is looking for a SIOP Process Excellence & Governance Leader to lead the development, governance and continuous improvement of its global SIOP processes. Working within the Global SIOP Planning Capability HUB, the role drives planning excellence, improves decision-making and supports better business performance across service, inventory, growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance global SIOP processes, standards, governance and maturity frameworks.
• Drive adoption of planning best practices across business segments and regions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance, service levels and operational execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Digital and Analytics.
• Develop KPIs, governance processes, training programs and planning tools.
• Influence and align senior stakeholders across a complex global matrix environment.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in SIOP, S&OP, IBP, demand planning, supply planning or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in process improvement, transformation and planning excellence initiatives.
• Experience working within complex global organizations.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of integrated planning processes and operational business performance.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Knowledge of digital planning tools, analytics platforms and AI-enabled planning solutions is an advantage.
