Site Support Specialist

About the role

The Site Support Specialist provides both onsite and remote technical assistance for a wide range of devices and platforms. Working closely with client managers and global support teams, you will ensure smooth operation of end‑point hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote support for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android devices, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and replacements with OEM vendors for laptops and desktops.
• Maintain cross‑platform compatibility between Mac and Windows systems, applications, and services.
• Participate in new‑hire induction programs and execute technology refreshes according to client guidelines.
• Conduct user training sessions and create educational resources to improve end‑user proficiency.
• Perform system administration tasks, including software installations, updates, and configuration on both Mac and Windows platforms.
• Manage asset inventory, license compliance, and lifecycle for hardware and software assets.
• Provide site infrastructure support, including rack, network, power, servers, switches, access points, UPS units, and print/MFP equipment.

Required profile

• Valid authorization to work in Switzerland.
• Proven experience in technical support for multiple operating systems and device types.
• Ability to work under the guidance of client managers and collaborate with global IT teams.
• Strong communication skills for user training and documentation.
