About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to join our partner’s team in Switzerland. The role focuses on producing engaging content for B2B audiences across LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram, supporting brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish high‑quality social media content tailored for B2B audiences on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Develop visual concepts, narratives and formats that strengthen brand presence.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Schedule posts, monitor platform updates and track engagement.
• Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Contribute ideas for content planning and new marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience creating and editing social media content in a B2B environment.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to optimise content.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
