Social Media Coordinator

About the role

As a vital member of the Social Media team, you will shape OMEGA’s communication strategy and expand the brand’s digital footprint. The role requires a strong grasp of social media trends, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing to design 360° campaigns and align publication schedules with the International Marketing plan.
• Use the social‑management tool to schedule daily posts and enhance brand visibility across all digital platforms.
• Coordinate cross‑market projects, lead live‑event initiatives, and execute KPI‑driven social media campaigns.
• Deliver comprehensive reports, analyse performance, and identify future opportunities.
• Monitor emerging digital trends and report on them.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital communication experience in the luxury sector.
• Background in a digital agency is a plus.
• Strong interest in luxury watches and experience with Asian platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, LINE).
• Bachelor’s degree in communication or marketing, excellent organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
